Susan is a E-RYT 500 certified instructor and a student of yoga for over 20 years. Susan’s teachings offer a slow flowing practice with a deep exploration of asana placing a great emphasis on alignment. Building the strength, stability and flexibility for a deeper conscious practice; A practice that nourishes the body, mind and heart, opening oneself up to their true potential on and off the mat. She is passionate in offering this gift of yoga to the communities that inspire her to always learn and share.
